Sherbourne Developments built this 6 bedroom Georgian-styled family house on a plot with views down the Pewsey Vale on the edge of one of Eastern Wiltshire’s most sought after villages. We paid great attention to creating an authentically-styled new-build period house and to specify the build to the highest standards.

Exterior features include stucco-styled render, reclaimed brickwork, hand-made traditional sash windows, reclaimed Welsh roof slates and intricate lead-work. Unusually, we built the first floor using concrete, delivering superior sound-proofing. Interior features include a handmade kitchen with an AGA and stone floors in both the kitchen and bathrooms. We managed the development from planning through to decoration.
