This site was acquired in the summer of 2006. It was blessed with the most perfect views in one of the most sought after areas know as the golden triangle. Additional land was acquired to make up a total site of 8.3 acres.

Planning was obtained for a new 6,450sq ft detached Georgian house. We successfully sold the site off plan in 2008.
