Yew Trees has been designed in traditional Georgian style, beautifully faced in etched stucco with a stone column portico and lateral elevations in hand-made russet brick. On the outskirts of Penton Mewsey, a thriving English village in a conservation area, Andover is a short distance to the south east with excellent rail and road access into London and to the nearby cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester.

The house is circ 7000 sq ft designed using Georgian style classical architecture. It is located on the edge of the village and constructed in hand made bricks with a clay tiled roof and traditional sash windows. Standing in gardens of 1.27 acres with parkland of 3.14 acres (In all 4.41 acres) with far reaching views across parkland and The Test Valley countryside. Construction has now been completed.
