The house is circ 7000 sq ft designed using Georgian style classical architecture. It is located on the edge of the village and constructed in hand made bricks with a clay tiled roof and traditional sash windows. Standing in gardens of 1.27 acres with parkland of 3.14 acres (In all 4.41 acres) with far reaching views across parkland and The Test Valley countryside. Construction has now been completed.
